    On this side of the equator in Australia the crepe Myrtle flowers around Christmas…what a beautiful flower they are, No wonder you call them the Pride of India.

  7. We have lots of crepe myrtles here, they are one of my favorites. They are one of the last things to bloom in the summer. But ours are NOTHING like this!! This is gorgeous! I didn’t know there was more than one kind.
